DEERFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — In discussion during a site plan review for a new solar array on Conway Road in Deerfield, concerns were raised by residents about how wet the land is and the potential for the panels to lead to further water pooling near residential properties.
The Planning Board will continue their discussion on the proposal in August after gathering more information.
