GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — While the “Money Tree” former Greenfield Savings Bank ATM in the Greenfield Big Y is no longer operational, there will be a new ITM, Interactive Teller Machine, installed next to the tree in the coming months.
The “Money Tree” was built to hold only a certain ATM model, which became an obstacle for the bank and insurance. So Greenfield Savings Bank is keeping the landmark, and installing an updated machine adjacent to the tree.
The ITM will allow customers to speak with a live teller and provide more services than an ATM could.
