HATFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The town of Hatfield’s Planning Board is considering removing what they call “zoning islands” from the zoning map to make the town’s zoning more consistent.
Any current or past uses within the areas that may change will be unaffected as “pre-existing nonconforming” projects.
A public hearing will be held on September 17th at 7 p.m. in the Hatfield Elementary Auditorium before the matter potentially goes to a vote at a future Town Meeting.
