GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Greenfield Zoning Board of Appeals has granted a special permit application for a new two-story duplex at 187 Hope Street.
The project, by Oxbow Design Build Cooperative, will be allowed a 20% reduction of the required ten foot side yard setback and twenty-five foot front yard setback, with conditions, including adding a privacy fence.
