BOSTON, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Massachusetts is set to receive $200 million in federal healthcare funding and plans to use the funds to launch a data system that will track open hospital beds in rural parts of the state as well as expand payment plan programs and develop community-based prevention programs.
