HAWLEY, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Town of Hawley will be having a Special Town Meeting on Monday, February 23rd at 7 p.m., with a snow date of Monday, March 2nd. Residents will be voting on two warrant articles; one begins the process to change the Town Clerk position from elected to appointed and the second enables the Treasurer to enter into tax-title agreements.
