FRAMINGHAM, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The State Police Fire And Explosion Investigation Unit have a new accelerant detection K9, “River.” River is an ATF-trained Labrador retriever who will be working across the state to investigate fires when the cause is unknown or suspicious.
