(Deerfield, MA) The Tree House Brewing Company has received a conditional approval from the Deerfield Selectboard to more than triple their occupancy limit from 1,500 to 5,000 for the upcoming concert and event season. The condition of the approval is that the Selectboard wants to have the public safety chiefs and the town health agent and building inspector sign off on the increase. There have been safety requests made including an updated emergency plan and examining the possibility of having a second driveway added on Routes 5 & 10 to alleviate traffic after an event.
