Vote-by-mail applications opens for Greenfield’s Preliminary Election in September

Greenfield’s 2025 Local Preliminary Election will be held on Tuesday, September 9th at Greenfield High School. Greenfield residents that want to vote by mail must submit their ballot application annually, and this year the deadline is September 2nd at 5 p.m. Voter registration and changes to voter information must be made by August 29th at 5 p.m.

CPC seeking proposals for FY2026 projects

With $276,000 to spend, Greenfield’s Community Preservation Committee is beginning work on the next round of Community Presveration Act project funding for fiscal year 2026 and they are welcoming in pre-application proposals.

The pre-application process allows the Committee to determine eligibility and are due by September 17th with full applications due by November 17th. Applications may be found on the city’s website.
