ROWE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — A second alarm has been struck for a structure fire on Davenport Branch Road in Rowe.
The first call came in shortly after 1:00 p.m. Tuesday. The initial report is that a propane tank explosion occurred at 32 Davenport Branch Road. As of 1:30, the structure was fully involved.
