A restructuring plan in the Gill-Montague schools is drawing criticism from the teachers’ union.
Educators say staff cuts and position changes were made without enough notice or collaboration, affecting special education, music, libraries, reading, math and other student services.
The union also questions new administrative hires that were not included in the budget approved in March.
